Meditating 10-15 minutes a day can make a world of difference. Purposely taking a few minutes to breathe and become aware of what your physical body is telling you will give you a lot of clarity in many areas of your life.

Purposely plan 1 hour a day that you can take your mind off of the daily grind. Put on an episode of The Office (on Netflix) or your favorite TV show. Read a book. Take a nap. Whatever it is that helps you calm down your brain and chill.
Starting with small attainable deadlines will help you gain traction on accomplishing your goals. Soon they will add up to become larger accomplishments, because you laid the ground work and got into a routine of planning, executing, crossing deadlines off, and reflecting.
